Al Hokail Medical Group respects your concerns about privacy. Policy

Al Hokail Medical Group will gladly exchange or refund qualified items purchased on or after Feb.15th, 2020 up to 30 days. Not applicable on offer sale items. The exchange is applicable as a credit voucher to be used with us again, valid or a period of 6 months.

FINAL SALE MERCHANDISE - No refunds, credits or exchanges on the following:

Any items ending in SAR 0.79 or SAR 0.99, any sale item included in an additional percentage off promotion, custom or personalized orders, treatment plans, personal wears limited edition or charitable items.

Al Hokail Medical Group. or Shipped from Store merchandise may be returned or exchanged with an original receipt within 90 days after receiving the package. All returned merchandise will be refunded in the original form of payment.

If you are Al Hokail Medical Group Family pass member, remember to check out your special return benefits.

Returned merchandise that was originally paid for by alternate tenders (i.e. Gift Certificates etc.) other than cash, debit or credit card will receive an exchange or refund in the form of a store credit onto Al Hokail Medical Group Gift Card. Cash will not be issued.

All returns and price adjustments are subject to validation and approval at Al Hokail Medical Group’s discretion.

To protect our customers from fraudulent activity, Al Hokail Medical Group reserves the right to request valid photo ID for the purposes of validating customer information when processing a return or exchange.

HOW TO RETURN?

For qualified items purchased on or after Feb.15th, 2020, you can return or exchange your in-store purchases up to 30 days after your local store re-opens with a valid receipt and the tags still on the unworn and unwashed item. Click here to find a store near you. Purchases made in a Roots Store location cannot be mailed in and will be returned to sender. PURCHASES MADE ONLINE AT ROOTS.COM OR SHIPPED PURCHASES:

RETURN TO AL HOKAIL MEDICAL CENTER: Purchases made on alhokail-medical.com or orders placed in a Center location and shipped to you can be returned or exchanged at any Roots store in Saudi Arabia or Bahrain with a valid order number or confirmation email. Returns or Exchanges must be initiated within 90 days of received shipment.

RETURN BY MAIL: Purchases made on alhokail-medical.com or orders placed at a Center location and shipped to you can be mailed back to us for return or exchange.

Returns or Exchanges must be initiated within 60 days of received coupon or authorization. When returning multiple orders, to ensure your return is processed correctly, items from each order must be shipped separately and cannot be shipped in the same box.

To return your order by mail you must include a printout the following information in your package. If you cannot print your return details, clearly write out your information on a sheet of paper. Without this information, your package will be mailed back to you:
